Over thirty years ago, National was created by our parent company, Kimball International, to be a differentiator in a saturated marketplace by offering quality office furniture at a better value and with shorter lead times. National Office Furniture provides high quality, stylish furniture at an exceptional value to meet the office furniture and public seating needs of healthcare facilities.  We pride ourselves on offering personal attention and customer-focused thinking to provide solutions that best fit the unique needs of healing organizations and a few other select industries.  National delivers solutions for patient waiting areas, private and shared offices, cafes, conference rooms, training rooms, and filing and storage.

We feature a broad product line filled with contemporary, traditional and transitional styles,  including an array of seating options including bariatric, modular lounge, tandem and intensive use options. Our products meet strict indoor air requirements and carry certifications that can help earn LEED points (i.e. Indoor Advantage®, BIFMA level®, FSC™, etc) as well as featuring design elements such as wall saver legs, clean- out features and wood finishes that can be cleaned with bleach-based solutions that keep facilities healthy and inviting.  Additionally, our wood finishes feature Antimicrobial Silver Ion Protection to inhibit the growth of bacteria such as E. coli, Staph and other microbes.  Our surface material portfolio has been developed to include offerings that stand up to the rigors of healthcare environments with upholstery options that are antimicrobial and feature moisture barriers.

Headquartered in southern Indiana, National understands the importance that healthcare customers place on good value and we participate in a number of healthcare Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts including MedAssets, Novation, Magnet, FirstChoice and MHA.  Our field sales force are company employees and receive new employee and then periodic training regarding the furniture needs of healthcare facilities and societal trends that may be impacting the industry.  We provide a variety of marketing tools to support our sales personnel and our dealer partners in their efforts within the healthcare market.

Through our robust CEU professional education program, National is in an excellent position to positively promote the ideals of AAHID.  We have provided accredited CEU training for nearly 1,000 individuals since 2010 all across the U.S. and our trainers continue to visit markets both large and small across the country.
