AAHID August Community Connections: Designing for Tomorrow: Operational Planning and Flexible Healthcare Delivery in a Rural Community

Join us on Wednesday, August 5th at 2pm CT for a Community Connections open to all CHIDs, Industry Partners, and Design Firm Partners.

When health system leadership challenged the project team to rethink healthcare delivery for Montgomery County, the result was more than a replacement facility. This session explores how operational planning, stakeholder engagement, and an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach shaped a new critical access hospital designed to meet current community needs while remaining adaptable for future healthcare transformation. Attendees will learn how collaborative decision-making, flexible space planning, and efficient operational models helped create lasting value for both the health system and the community it serves.

AAHID will be applying to IDCEC to provide 1 IDCEC CEU credit for this webinar.
