Beacon Award Application

The AAHID Beacon Award application must be completed in its entirety to be considered. The deadline to apply is Friday, June 19th.

Documents and information you will need to provide to complete the application:

Completed Nominee Written Statements, using the form below, including specific examples of your contributions to AAHID and healthcare interior designed based on Leadership, Mentoring/Education, and Advancing the Mission and Vision of AAHID. Statements may not exceed 500 words.
One (1) Endorsement/Recommendation letter that can come from anyone (another CHID, a professional colleague, etc. ) This letter should include specific examples of how the nominee contributes to the healthcare design/architecture field through the reference's first-hand experience with the nominee.
