Ashleigh recognizes and values the impact the built environment has on our mental health and strives for every project to be designed with a crafted story, designed with empathy and purpose to set the foundation for any design opportunity. As a valued member of the design team, Ashleigh collaborates with project designers, architects and project managers to create a framework that promotes design excellence and allows the team to develop quality solutions that meet or exceed the client’s vision. Over her 15 years of experience in the industry, she has been a part of many projects in a variety of capacities working closely with construction administration, architectural production and the end user to carry out the design intent.
