Dr. Debra Harris is an award-winning researcher and a leading authority on utilizing an evidence-based approach to facility design and organizational effectiveness.
She is internationally recognized for her research focused on user experience in building performance and occupant outcomes, especially related to health, productivity, safety and cost implications of the built environment. Her experience in strategic planning, programming and independent research identifies measurable outcomes to develop effective business solutions—solutions that truly matter.
She contributes to many organizations and is a Faculty Fellow at Texas A&M University’s Center for Health Systems & Design. Debra holds a PhD in Architecture from Texas A&M University, with an emphasis on health systems planning and policy.
