Kären Welsko founded Ridge Commercial Interiors, LLC (RCI) in 2008 as a Healthcare focused design firm.   Projects include work in Hospitals, Senior Living Facilities, Ambulatory Care Centers, and standalone medical practices. Each project has a unique set of parameters and drivers that must be understood to make it a successful experience. RCI starts from the preliminary phase of looking for a suitable space for the client by developing a series of programs to determine the site’s unique needs such as square footage requirements, budget, and building amenities. Once a site is selected, RCI works with the client through the entire process of the project starting with drafting plans, selecting finishes, on-site construction meetings, and final walk-throughs with the client and contractor.
