As Project Manager, Marsha leads an extremely talented team of designers and consultants from inception through project design and development into construction.  Marsha brings almost 20 years of extensive project management expertise for healthcare projects of varying scope and scale, many in dense urban environments.  She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project team, and serves as the primary point of contact.  Marsha facilitates all team communication and ensures that the flow of information to all team members is accurate, efficient and effective throughout the design and construction of the project.  She places special emphasis on team building and resolving issues during construction, which vary widely depending upon each project's jurisdiction. Marsha’s diverse experience includes significant healthcare projects throughout the United States.  She has facilitated projects from $200k to $200 million in construction value, and works directly with a senior hospital staff to ensure that their organization's values, business goals and project expectations are achieved.
