Sarah Tetens, NCIDQ, RID, IIDA, CHID, EDAC is a Design Director at Baskervill, a multi-disciplinary design firm with a growing global footprint. With over 15 years of healthcare design experience, Sarah’s mission is translating her passion for patient, guest, and staff experience to the design. Sarah believes every design decision is intentional, and a key part of her process is collaboration with end users, operations personnel, and consultant partners to achieve results that serve everyone. Her work in healthcare is purposeful, and the idea that everyone in healthcare – from nurse to technician to designer –  is passionate about “doing good” is perhaps her favorite aspect of the work.
