Lead Interior Designer, Johns Hopkins Health System / Facilities Planning Office.
Supervises and manages interior design furniture and finishes for all projects across five JHHS campuses. Responsibilities include selection, specification and coordination of all furnishings and materials, as well as maintaining a corporate database. I work closely with procurement, maintenance, and environmental services teams to manage finishes and furniture. I spent the first 10 years of my career as a Registered Nurse, becoming a full-time Interior Designer in 1985. I’ve focused on Healthcare Interior Design, since 1991. I have served on the Maryland Licensing Board for Interior Design, board representative to NCIDQ.
