AAHID External Conference Session Submissions

AAHID invites Certified Healthcare Interior Designers (CHIDs), Design Firm Partners (DFPs), and Industry Partners (IPs) to submit presentation abstracts for consideration as AAHID-slotted sessions at leading healthcare design conferences, including PDC, EFA, and HCD. This form is intended to gather abstracts that highlight meaningful research, case studies, and insights that advance healthcare design practice and elevate the role of CHIDs within the industry. Submissions may be considered for in-person conference sessions or, if appropriate, alternative AAHID educational opportunities.

Before completing the form, we strongly encourage you to review the AAHID Abstract Submission Guidelines, which outline eligibility requirements, topic expectations, timelines, and the review and selection process. Reviewing the guidelines in advance will help ensure your submission aligns with AAHID’s goals and conference requirements.
