I understand that Product Pulse participation is limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis once approved by AAHID. While AAHID will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all approved submissions, scheduling is not guaranteed. If AAHID is unable to schedule my organization in a Product Pulse session, any participation fee paid will be refunded in full. I also understand and agree that Product Pulse sessions will be recorded, and I grant AAHID permission to share the recording with all CHIDs.
